“I have been so happy living here and I feel that the management and people of The Residences have largely eased by transition as a recent transplant to St. Louis. The community is great and I appreciate the opportunities I have had to meet and connect with other residents through hosted social events (from end of summer BBQ’s to Halloween festivities!) The community amenities and spaces are so perfect for anything from relaxing peacefully to having some friends over for a hosted event. I’m so happy with the degree of care I have received and the timeliness and responsiveness of management with respect to work order repairs and any concern that may occur (although, living here, any concern is few and far between!) The staff is so lovely and kind. I really feel that they’re an invaluable part of this community. ”.
