Game to be hunted on this property include elk, mule deer, whitetail deer, mountain lion, coyote, prairie dog, gopher, and different upland birds. Elk is under permit only. This property was managed well by an outfitter for the past 20 years so populations of the listed animals are plentiful and trophy game is common. There are more elk out here now than I have ever seen in my lifetime! I’m looking for a person or party not more than five to lease the hunting/recreational rights of this property. If you want a place to call your for hunting and you want to do it unguided and your way, this is it! I’ll show you around to get used to the property. You don’t must be an outfitter to have the lease, it’s open to anybody! This lease will be for a period of one year with the choice to renew at the end of term.
