Great Rapids is the office furniture capital of the world, and home to many Steelcase and Herman Miller manufacturing buildings. Amways corporate headquarters is in Ada Michigan, 20 minutes east of great Rapids. The one-stop shopping grocery store idea was founded in West Michigan at the Meijer Stores. Meijers corporate headquarters is on the northwest side of great Rapids.

Maryland Park Apartments are close to everything you want in great Rapids. Downtown and other shopping centers are close. Great Rapids Community, Corner Stone, Calvin and Aquinas College, Elementary and Secondary Schools are close. Good restaurants and supermarkets are convenient. Recreational buildings, tennis, and horseback riding are all inside reach of this great places. Medical buildings like Spectrum Downtown and Spectrum East Hospitals are both inside 10 minutes from Maryland Park.

Private rooms are available in the treatment unit, where we accept most big insurance businesses.

We’re pet-friendly to friendly pets! Cats and dogs are welcome. We let non-violent breeds up to 40 pounds each, Up to two pets are allowed per apartment. There’s a 200 one-time non-refundable fee per apartment. Rent is 20 per pet.
