Stone Lake will accept two pets per apartment. There’s a 70 pound weight bound and dogs must be at least 12 months old. No violent breeds will be accepted, as well as but not restricted to, Pit Bull, Rottweiler, German Shepard, Chow and Doberman Pinscher. A 250 non-refundable pet fee and a 250 pet deposit per pet must be paid at the time of move-in or at the time the pet is assumed. There will also be a 10 monthly pet rent for each pet. No pets are allowed outside the apartment unless constrained by a leash and accompanied by their holders. This rule applies to all pets as well as cats. Only domestic pets (i. E. Birds, cats, dogs, fish) are allowed in the apartment. A TAA Animal Addendum must be signed at the time of move-in or at the time the pet is assumed. A 100 good will assessed to holders who are found not picking up their pets feces and will be assessed for each infraction. Any damages sustained to the unit or property will be reflected on your last billing declaration. If you’re found to have an unauthorized pet you’ll be charged a 250 pet fee which will be reflected on your last billing declaration. Lubbock City ordinance prohibits pets from being in the pool regions. Pets aren’t to be left on the patio or balcony unattended at any time. Persons violating these rules or pets receiving more than 3 complaints from Management or another Residents are subject to termination of occupancy rights, however aren’t released from lease liability.
